Welcome to our brand new 40,000ft indoor reprocessing centre in Sheffield, South Yorkshire; where we are handling over 3000 tons per month of aluminium cans. Our new state of the art processing line enables us to re process all grades of aluminium cans into a smelting grade, ready for end user destinations. The line, which includes a large hopper for the materials to enter the process down into a 10ft trommel; this removes any sub 15mm contaminants, before it then goes under an over band magnet to remove any ferrous metals. Following this, the aluminium cans come onto our 8 man picking station where any further contaminated materials are removed by hand. The aluminium cans are then flicked off the eddy currant into our mill size baler ready for compaction.
